1. Identity of the controller
Fitcode ("Fitcode", "we", or "the controller"), with offices in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect: name, email, company, phone and the content of the message you send us. When you contract a service, we additionally collect the tax data needed for invoicing (RFC, legal name, fiscal address).
3. Purposes
Primary: contacting you to answer your inquiry, formalizing contracts, providing the contracted service, issuing tax documents, support. Secondary (you can opt out without affecting service): sending communications about new products, case studies or event invitations.
4. Transfers
We don't transfer your personal data to third parties, except technology vendors strictly needed to provide the service (hosting, email, billing) under confidentiality clauses equivalent to this notice, and to authorities when legally required.
5. ARCO rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and to revoke consent. To exercise them, write to hola@fitcode.mx with your request and a document proving your identity. We respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
