It depends on what you need the system to do. If you just need a professional site that attracts prospects, Presencia. If you want to replace Excels with something designed for how you work, Sistema. If the system will run the business with AI agents and complex integrations, Plataforma. We define it together in the first call based on scope, not your size.

Setup covers the initial development: the one-time work of designing and building the system. Subscription covers what's ongoing: hosting, support, improvements, monitoring. It works for both of us this way: we build it well from day one because we're the ones who have to keep it alive afterward.

Presencia has a one-time format: $40,000 - $90,000 MXN. We hand over code, domain, and deployment. No monthly fee. If in 6-12 months you change your mind and want us to operate it, we migrate you to the subscription model and credit you part of the setup you already paid.

It's the real ceiling to keep you talking directly to whoever builds it. If we grow into a big team, partners become managers of juniors and that's what you'll find at any dev shop. Not here. Here the founding partner designs and reviews every delivery. That discipline is only possible with limited capacity.

We talk about it in the monthly priorities session. Three paths: it goes into next month's backlog at no extra cost; we quote it separately if it's big new scope, with a range before starting; or we absorb it without billing if it's a bug or minor adjustment. Zero "this costs extra" surprises.

Yes. 24 months committed = setup -10%. 36 months = setup -20% plus one free month at renewal. Annual subscription payment = -10% on subscription. Stackable. And for the next 10 founding Sistema clients, the rate is frozen for 24 months even when we raise the public list.

Yes. Presencia → Sistema gives you -$15k off the Sistema setup (credit for the prior relationship). Sistema → Plataforma grows within the same contract, no need to rebuild. Each tier is a step toward the next, not a dead end.

After the minimum term (6 Presencia, 12 Sistema, 24 Plataforma), you end with 30 days notice, no penalty. We hand over source code, data in CSV or JSON, and full technical documentation within 5 business days. No locks, no dependency. Your system was yours from day one.

Sometimes that suits you, we'll tell you honestly: if you have an in-house tech team, the problem is relatively simple, and you have time to iterate yourself. It doesn't suit you if the system will run your business (not just support), you need 24/7 support, it requires serious integrations, or you're handling sensitive data. What we sell isn't "cheaper software because we use AI." It's a system operated by senior consultants who happen to build fast because we use AI internally as a working tool.
