Two-plus decades in technology consulting for global enterprises. Designs architectures that last and pushes hard decisions when they matter.
who we are
We built what we wished we could have hired.
After a quarter century in technology consulting for global companies, we noticed a pattern: small and mid-sized companies in Mexico deserve software built for them, but the market wasn't serving them well. The big consulting firms charged too much, the giant SaaS didn't fit, the freelancers didn't get the business. Fitcode is our bet to fill that gap.
How we got here.
Daniel spent two decades implementing operations, finance and value chain software for global enterprises. He learned what makes a system last and what makes it break. He learned to translate business conversations into systems that move real money. And he learned that this rigor wasn't exclusive to corporates. It was just exclusive to whoever could pay for it.
Alejandro walked a parallel path: corporate procurement at one of North America's largest retail chains, then technology consulting, then operations at one of Mexico's biggest restaurant operators, then his own distribution business. He knows from the customer side what it is to need software that doesn't exist at a price you can justify.
When modern tools made it viable to build software at a fraction of the historical cost, we decided to start Fitcode. Bring 25 years of consulting rigor to companies like the ones our own families could have. Built to fit. Operated as a service. At a reasonable price.
You'll talk straight to whoever builds it.
Mixed background between corporate operations and technology consulting. Knows firsthand how a business breaks when the software doesn't keep up.
What we care about.
No surprises.
If something changes (timeline, scope, cost), we tell you before, not after. Never hidden charges, never unilateral decisions about your system.
Design before code.
Pretty code without business understanding doesn't help. We spend time understanding how your company runs before writing a line.
Built to last.
Your system lives with us. We evolve it with you. When the relationship ends (we hope much later), you take all the code and data without friction.
Rigor isn't optional.
Twenty-five years taught us good processes are designed, not bought. Every system meets that standard.
