Discovery

  • Kickoff with all stakeholders on your team.
  • Interviews with 3-5 key people (30 minutes each).
  • Mapping of current and desired processes.
  • Functional prioritization: what's in the MVP, what's deferred.
  • Wireframes and navigable flows.

  • Your team's availability for the interviews.
  • Sharing relevant documents (current processes, Excels).
  • Approving wireframes at the close.

02 · 4-12 weeks

MVP build

Build the functional system, iteration by iteration.

what we do
  • Weekly sprints. Monday we start a new sprint. Friday we ship.
  • Friday demo: 15 minutes for you to see progress, comment, adjust.
  • No surprises. If something is delayed, we tell you Monday, not Friday.
your part
  • Review each Friday delivery (15-30 minutes).
  • Send feedback by Monday.
  • Functional decisions if ambiguities come up.

Each week, navigable system with test data on a private URL only your team and we can see.

03 · 1 week + handholding

Onboarding and go-live

Get your team running the system in production confidently.

what we do
  • Real data migration (from Excel or the old system).
  • Training: 1-2 group sessions of 1 hour, recorded for later reference.
  • Soft launch: 3-5 days running in parallel with the old system before official go-live.
  • Official go-live: old system off, new one is the source of truth.
  • Handholding through the first 5 days post-launch.

  • Coordinate your team to attend training.
  • Decide go-live day.
  • Notify customers if the change affects them.

04 · ongoing
